Week 1
Week 1 is to give the education that is needed to become a certified personal trainer, in order to understand how the body works and what you need to adopt to achieve your goals.
Week 1 offers a lot of information to take in, please take your time to read them. You are more than welcome to reach out to your trainer if you have any questions.

Challenge Phase Week 2 - 4
Week 2
Day 1 - 2 Your workout routines and goals
  • In week 2, we are creating two workout routines for you. And do one of the workouts three times a week. First, based on the week 1 education, we would like you to decide which types of programs you want to do. Workout type choices: 1. Aerobic/Cardiovascular 2.Strength Training/Resistance Workouts 3. Flexibility and Mobility Workouts 4. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 5. Functional Training 6. Cross-Training 7. Recovery Workouts Each of the workouts serve a specific purpose. Choose two out of those you would like to work on. Secondly, let us know a bit about yourself. All of the information about you will help us make the best program possible for you. Finally, Send these answers to your trainer, and we will get back to you!!! (Day 3, Day 4, Day 6 will be the days you workout and send the video to your trainer.)

Day 3 - 6 Workout! Commit to the workout!!
  1. Chose one of the workout your trainer made for you and work on it on Day 3, Day 4 and Day 6.
  1. Record your self doing each workouts each day. (It doesn’t not have to be the whole workout)
  1. Your trainer will send you the feedback.
Day 7 Recovery and Check with the goal
Recovery day. Eat good. And stretch to avoid tense muscles to prepare and recover for next week. Check in with your trainer about how you are feeling and about your goals. Anything you notice about your body, unclear points, questions, pain, or soreness, your trainer is there to answer them. Take moment to measure the progress you made so far and let your trainer know.

Make Your Routine
Corroborate with your trainer to get set your workout routine.

Commit
According to the routine, commit to working out at least 3 times a week. Make necessary changes as you go.

Check with Your Goal
Check to see how your progress is going toward goal.
Week 3
  • Day 1 - 6 Workout!
  1. Pick any of the 3 days of the week to commit to the workout.
  1. Let your trainer know that which days you have picked.
  1. Commit to the workout 2 and send the videos to your trainer!
  • Day 7 Recovery and Check with the goal Your body must be exhausted after 2 weeks of consistent training. Take a good rest day. Let your trainer know how you are feeling. Just like the week before, take moment to measure the progress you made so far and let your trainer know.
Strength Training
Build muscle and increase metabolism through resistance exercises.
Cardiovascular
Improve heart health and endurance with aerobic activities.
Flexibility
Enhance range of motion and reduce injury risk through stretching.
HIIT
Boost metabolism and burn fat with high-intensity interval training.
Week 4
  • Day 1 - 7 This week is to push yourself. Make the intentional increase of reps, weights, and duration. For example, if you have been using 10 pound weight, trying using 15 pounds, 15 minutes workout, make it 20 minutes. Alternate your workout routine 1 and 2. It will be hard to go through, and you would want to stop. But there’s greatness in achieving the goals you set and overcoming your own voices. Again, pick 3 days of this week to commit to workout.
  1. Before each workout starts, by recoding yourself describing, let your trainer know the changes / increase you made. In order to push yourself.
  1. Go through the workout.
  1. Send the video!
Reflection Phase Week 5 - 6
Week 5
  • Day 1 - 7
  1. Keep the workout routine from week 4.
  1. Keep taking photos of yourself and recording measurements everyday.
  1. Check with the goals how far you have come and how far you have left to the goals you set.
Personalized Coaching
Week 6 Final Week
  • Day 1 - 3 Final reflection week. pick three days and keep the routine like the past 2 weeks. Keep recording and take photos. Check with the goal.
  • Day 4 - 7 Day 4! You almost made it! We would like you to send the final recording of yourself and photos to your trainer. Your trainer will give you a thorough and detailed reflection on your work through the weeks and comment on it. (Give your trainer 2 - 3 days to reflect on your work)
